Our Mares

Golden Candy Kisses

Candy is a pretty palomino with appaloosa characteristics (brown flea bites). She came to us from Iowa in foal in 2006. She had a beautiful colt in 2007; no problems. She is a good mom.

Windy

This is our first miniature horse on our farm. She is my baby. She had a Tri color colt in 2006 and a black filly in 2007. She is a great mom and easy foaler. She will retire on our farm.

Jan

Jan is a sweetie. She does have to get all of the attention. She came to us on Valentine's day 2006 with Candy Corn. She is also a sorrel snowflake appaloosa. They are very difficult to tell apart. Maybe some day we can make a driving team of them. Jan is bred to our Dun stallion for a 2009 foal. Hope to get an appaloosa.

Ginger

Ginger is three years old and one of the friendliest mares we have. She is very pretty with a flaxen mane and tail. AMHR Registered. She is currently being bred to our 26.5 inch sorrel pinto stallion (Frodo-on Stallion page).

Stormy

What can I say? This is my baby Stormy. She came to us as a three month old filly and was our second mini. She is a chestnut tovero with blue eyes. She is so friendly that we actually take her to kids' birthday parties to ride. She does really well. She can also shake hands. She will never leave our farm as long as we are able to care for her.

Ruby Tuesday

Ruby is a two-year old mare being bred to our dun stallion (Goody-on Stallion Page) for a 2009 foal. Sorrel pinto with flaxen mane and tail. Her dam is listed on the Mares page as Dutchess (palomino pinto).
